Our 6th Annual Winter Wonderland @ Windrock returns to Oliver Springs, Tennessee!
Winter Wonderland is Venture Unknown’s biggest event of the year. Several days of team trail rides, camping, education, raffles, competitions, food, community fires, and just enough chaos to make it Winter Wonderland. This event is one that people talk about years after attending! We invite you to join us for the event that shouldn't happen but does anyway because of the Venture Unknown Spirit!!

Driver Ticket: $150
Includes one registered rig, team trail assignment, 4 days primitive event camping, event access, and driver swag pack.
Passenger Ticket: $15 No swag pack included (Anyone 16 and under is free)
Non-Team Rig Ticket: $150
Bring your rig and camp with the WWW community without receiving a team trail assignment. Includes everything a driver ticket has except NO TEAM ASSIGNMENT.
Additional Swag Pack: $35 (This is for your passengers if you choose)
What is a swag pack?? Event patch, Event sticker, 5 raffle tickets, and this year's VU gift…is an event T-shirt!! Choose size in registration questions.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. Transferring tickets are at the discretion of Venture Unknown and you must communicate with us for the process but there are no guarantees.

To participate in a VU team trail ride, your rig must have:
31" all-terrain tires
2" lift
Factory skid plates
Full-size spare
Proper front recovery point
Proper rear recovery point

These are minimum requirements, and not a guarantee against vehicle damage.
TEAM RIDES
Winter Wonderland is primarily a BLUE TRAIL EVENT.
A limited number of stock friendly GREEN teams are planned. VERY limited spots are available.
New this year…. Black Diamond teams!!! This will require at VERY minimum the highly recommended rig requirements. Body damage is highly likely for this team.
Teams are assigned before the event and generally consist of approximately 10 rigs, including captains.
Team assignments are based on registration information, vehicle capability, and event needs.
Fill out the registration questions HONESTLY. Remember snow and ice make things much harder!
No rigs will be added to teams at the event.
All teams are prebuilt before the event.
An event chat will be created for team camaraderie, communication, and questions.
Expect rocks, mud, steep terrain, creek crossings, tight trails, and potentially snow or ice
Planned team ride days are Fri and Sat. Optional free roam days are Thurs and Sun.
🏕 CAMPING
4 nights of primitive camping in the Winter Wonderland event area is included with registration. $80 value
The event camping area is approximately 20 acres near the pavilion.
Porta-potties will be available near the event area. Flush toilets and hot showers are available nearby in the Windrock campground.
Cabins, improved campsites, Airbnbs, and hotels are also available nearby but are not included in the registration price.
Prepare for January mountain weather. Cold, rain, wind, snow, ice, and mud are all possible.

Check-in is located at the Windrock Pavilion under the Venture Unknown canopy.
Have your required Windrock permits in hand and ready when you arrive.
Preordered WWW apparel will be distributed at check-in.

📡 COMMUNICATION
VU team captains use GMRS radios.
Bringing your own GMRS radio is highly recommended.
Approximately two weeks before the event, attendees will begin being placed into team-specific Facebook Messenger chats when possible.
Important event information and schedules will also be distributed before and during WWW.

15 MPH campground speed limit
Generators only in designated generator areas
No ground fires except approved community fire areas. Above ground pits are acceptable.
Follow all Windrock Park rules and regulations.

Required waivers must be signed
Winter Wonderland is a rain, snow, mud, cold, or shine event.
Off-roading involves the possibility of vehicle damage and personal injury. Participation is at your own risk.
💙 FOOD DRIVE
Lets not forget the FOOD DRIVE!!! This event replenishes the county food pantry when it's needed the most! To date we have donated more to this pantry than anyone in their history!
Every item donated gets you a raffle ticket for up to 10 tickets.
Please do not let this limit keep you from bringing more.
Non-perishables and hygiene items accepted.
